Challenge
The county government was implementing the Microsoft COVID vaccination solution for its citizens and needed services to deploy the software for a production-ready vaccination registration and administration process.
Solution
HSO deployed a vaccine management solution: a public portal that provided each citizen the ability to register and schedule vaccination; a front-line worker app, used on a mobile device, that offered a drive-through, “no touch" data capture at each vaccine location; a management app, used via a client browser, that provided rich insights into vaccination data.
Results
This project empowered the county to get the solution deployed much faster and more efficiently, and enhancements provided by HSO using Microsoft Power Platform tools helped to ensure the system was designed to accommodate the county’s processes for registration, location scheduling, follow-up, and more.
