Are you a recent college graduate looking for a way to start your career in technology off right? HSO’s Associate Consultant Training (ACT) is a proprietary training program we developed for recent college graduates to get them up to speed on the Microsoft Dynamics platform, consulting fundamentals, and project management methodology.
The goal of an ACT team member is to become a Microsoft-Certified Consultant and work alongside senior consultants within the organization implementing Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM solutions for our customers. HSO’s first ACT class was in 2015, and with each year, the class has grown.
What is ACT?
ACT training is a combination of classroom, self-study, and on-the-job formats and runs for approximately three months. During that time, ACT participants learn about Microsoft Dynamics 365, what it means to be a consultant at HSO, and the methodologies we follow to run our projects. ACT team members are equipped to obtain their first Microsoft certification within their first 90 days with HSO. Associate consultants are then placed on client engagements with project managers and senior consultants to continue their development in real-world scenarios.
