Two new strategic hires expand HSO’s expertise in Discrete and Process Manufacturing
In the past two years, economic disruption, supply and labor shortages, and broad shifts in consumer behavior have caused a domino effect of vulnerabilities in manufacturing. As a result, HSO has experienced a strong demand for its industry IP, cloud solutions, implementation capability and advisory services to address these challenges.
To meet this demand and accelerate our capacity to serve our customers and partners, HSO is pleased to announce the addition of two new members to the US Manufacturing industry team this month, Jeffrey Beane and Emir Dobraca.
Jeff Beane, Manufacturing Industry Executive
Jeff brings over 20 years of enterprise software experience to HSO US, from service delivery to leading and managing technical sales in the cloud solutions and software-as-a-service space. He joins HSO from Microsoft, where he led a large technical sales team focused on Finance & Operations. Prior to his time at Microsoft, he was a Manufacturing-centric consultant for ERP and CRM solutions, which gave him a deep understanding of how businesses truly operate and what they need to succeed.
“HSO is carving out an interesting space in the marketplace,” says Jeff. “What attracted me to the company is their strong global presence, large portfolio of industry customers, and the service line expertise take on complex enterprise-level projects harnessing the full power of the Microsoft cloud.”
As Manufacturing Industry Executive, Jeff will lead the strategy for empowering successful digital transformation journeys for enterprises across manufacturing and supply chains with HSO’s solutions built on the Microsoft cloud.
Emir Dobraca, Senior Sales Executive & International Process Manufacturing Lead
With progressive, cross-functional experience on both the product and implementation side, Emir joins us from Microsoft, where he was an accomplished enterprise sales executive. His understanding of process manufacturing allows him to provide a consultative approach to business transformation that helps customers achieve more. He brings to HSO a demonstrated track record in identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing processes that promote efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction throughout the sales life cycle.
“Process Manufacturing is a large part of my DNA,” says Emir. “I think there is a significant opportunity for HSO to grow in this space, leveraging their global customer footprint to build upon the success within their US practice.”
Through these hires, HSO is deepening and expanding our industry capabilities to better predict and address the needs of customers within the industrial, life science, and consumer verticals.
“When our customers are successful, we are too,” said Alan Khan, President of HSO US. “As manufacturing leaders look to gain more resiliency and carve a competitive edge, HSO is well-equipped, more than ever, to be their go-to business advisor for leveraging the Microsoft cloud in modern manufacturing.”
